11. In public settings, shopping malls and so on, and in case you ride an elevator, push the buttons with a handkerchief, ear swab or a clean toothpick and throw them in a trash preferably the ones with a footpedal. Never touch the elevator button with your bare fingers.

12. When in an elevator, face the door and by no means face each other.

13. Try avoiding restaurants and dinning rooms as much as possible or use takeaway services at least. When in a restaurant, use disposable glasses. Also, don’t use the sugar provided in catering places(?) unless they are packaged.

14. It is crucial that foot-pedal trash bins are used in public places. Never use hands to open the lid of trash bin.

  • Ring bell for public and personal places
  • Punch clocks that record start and end times of hourly employees
  • Rubber stamps

16.Clean and disinfect things and surfaces that we regularly touch like remote control of TV, doorknobs, cellphones and so on.

17.Use separate dishes and utensils from patients.

18.Boil eggs and meat thoroughly.

19.Vitamin C, fruit and vegetables consumptions boost immune system and make you immune to coronavirus.

20.If you have fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, body convulsions, body pain, headache, diarrhea, nausea or a runny nose, refer to a medical center. ( after the last contact with a patient beware of these signs for 14 days).

If you do not show signs of this disease, you could continue your daily activities such as going to work, school or other public spaces, provided you observe health protocols.
